Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted, is hosting a dinner and discussion featuring physicians from Rush University Medical Center who will talk about the future of HIV research, sexual health and related topics. The event will take place Thursday, May 20, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Drs. Kimberly Smith and Beverly Sha will speak. Smith is an HIV expert who has spoken at numerous events and has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show. Sha has been named one of Chicago's top doctors by Chicago Magazine, and is a specialist regarding HIV and women's health.
